A Note From Our Founder
When I opened this studio, I wanted to create a space where people genuinely wanted to be.
What I didn't realize at the time was how much people would find here.
Some found Pilates for the first time. Some found a way of moving they actually loved. Some found strength and confidence they didn't know they had. And somewhere between classes, familiar faces and conversations before and after class, people found each other.
They found their place.
That's where FOUND came from.
I built the studio because I loved Pilates. The community that grew inside of it is what made it so much more.

FOUND is a Pilates studio rooted in the idea that the right space can become more than somewhere you work out.
Before FOUND, there was The 1920 Room. What started there grew into something bigger- more ways to move, more reasons to show up, and a community that made this place feel like its own.
FOUND is the next chapter. A new name for the place, the practice, and the community that were already here.
